The Victoria Park Rural Hub- Dunblane.
After 30 years in business we are excited about a new proposal we have and in conjunction with Kippendavie Estate......
A New Garden Centre
Offering a wide variety of plants, trees, shrubs, bedding plants etc. The centre shop will also showcase stock food & crafts from local trades.
Restaurant
Predominantly serving locally sourced food & drink.
Play Area
Both indoor and outdoor family play areas to keep the kids entertained no matter the weather.
Local History Information Centre
Highlighting and celebrating the local history of Dunblane, Sherrifmuir and the surrounding area.
Fuel Station
Providing the local community with petrol, diesel and electric vehicle charging stations.
Parcel Distribution Hub
A centralised hub accepting deliveries from parcel companies This allows the local community to have a one-stop-shop to have their parcels delivered or collected regardless of who the carrier is , through a variety of zero carbon delivery options and also create local business opportunities.
The proposed development would not only provide local employment and commerce opportunities but also a much-needed local service in the fuel and vehicle charging station.
All of this just outside Dunblane on the B8033 with easy access to both Dunblane town centre and the A9 directly, the proposed site is the larger area contained in the plan above.
We welcome any views, comments and ideas on our proposal prior to our application for full planning permission for the project, please e-mail us on This email address is being protected from spambots.
